per contractual agreement, the kuwaiti government requires that a study tour be conducted at the commencement of each significant public building project. the principal architects and the clients visit each selected site where they are able to gather ideas to implement in their own project. this study tour booklet was conceptualized, designed, hand produced and delivered in the time span of 8 days. the book is divided into 5 cities (chapters) which are further divided into universities (sections). Each university listed within this book was carefully selected to provide programmatic and architectural precedents that would be referred to during the actual conceptual and schematic design phase of the architectural realization of the kuwait university, college of science.
